Johnn realizes that life is fragile, and you can't take anything for granted.

Message from John:

My passion for people who have been impacted by strokes began when several friends of mine suffered strokes. Later on, I was introduced to a dear and passionate woman, ReneMarie. The experiences of being a caretaker for my father, who eventually succumbed to dementia-related complications, and working as an Interpreter for the Deaf in the medical setting would help me to acclimate into the world of people experiencing strokes and aphasia. Having been through every possible scenario and situation has made me super sensitive to people’s struggles and plights with almost every disease and condition. You then realize that life is so fragile, and you that can’t take anything for granted.

The good and inspiring news is that there are wonderful organizations like Language of Love Foundation INC. that can bring hope to millions of people, and I would like to be a part of that process.

I would welcome the privilege of joining the Language of Love Board. I was asked to work with development and grant writing where I can utilize the skills that were developed by working in a historic New York theatre and Hudson Valley Writer’s Center in Sleppy Hollow, NY. With these skills, I can help grow the organization and bring it to the levels desired by Rene Marie and the Language of Love Board
