Virginia M. Werner

In 2009 Virginia suffered a small stroke/aphasia and while she was extremely lucky to not have any residual physical issues, the aphasia left her with some insecurity about her clarity of speech. At that time she was unaware of the various forms that stroke could take thinking it would only manifest as a large seizure and so did not realize that she had been having issues for two days prior to going to the hospital for diagnosis.

Diane’s entrepreneurial skills were strong for most of her life. Networking has been the driving force behind Diane as an entrepreneur. Jean's Mother suffered two strokes. Jean worked with her with photographs however she couldn't really remember and recognize a lot of people ... she had trouble with her words and her writing . I’M Bernie McDavitt ,PHN of Wanaque, N.J. I’m so proud and happy to assist in spreading the valuable message of the foundation and being involved in prevention of dread disabling Cerebral Vascular Accidents and associated Aphasia in particular.. Rene Marie and LOL Foundation have worked tirelessly, producing telethons & provided a very important voice for many victims & families who have been traumatized.

Johnn R. De Marzio
Board of Trustee
Johnn R De Marzio has a B.A. Degree in Communication, Deaf Studies and Interpreter for the Deaf from Union County College and Paralegal Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has been involved with Event Management inside the Riverside Church, NY Annual Cultural Village and the Celebration of Elmwood Park Seniors established in 2021.
Appointed to the Elmwood Park Board of Health in 2017. Serving two three-year terms, three years as president.
